Hog Bipe right engine thrust ?

The plans call for 1-1/2 deg. of engine down thrust but I don't see any right side thrust??? Is it not necessary on a bi-plane?
Can someone that has one help me out?

A lot of purpose built aerobatic planes don't even have any down thrust. Build it per plan and go.
