Byron Mig build sheets, need information

I am sorting thru my Byron Mig later version with retracts stuff and need some informsation about how many build sheets there are and what information is on each one. I have sheets # 1,2,3,4,6 and the wing template sheet. What information is on sheet 5 and are there more than listed?
