This works great. I just did this for the first time and was no problem! Do a search and you will find lots of articles how to do it. Put it on thin, and no need to glue the sheets together. Just edge them. This stuff can get heavy. I put it on with a notched trowel the first time. Was too much. Didn't effect the outcome, but when I cut the elevators out, you could see the probond between the foam beads from one surface to the other!

Most of the added weight is in the glue so I use a sawtooth pattern with a glue syringe When you think of it, a built up wing has 2,3 or 4in. between the rib glue lines. Havn't had a failure yet.
