I have a NIB Gee Bee R3 that I plan on selling.

Wouldn't take much to trace the outline. That wouldn't be plans, but having the outlines is really all one needs to start a build. Construction can be borrowed from many models or plans. It's all the same but different.

my uncle drew his own set he liked the design so much. they haven't been put into use yet though.

The Granville brothers never designed an R-3 plane. It is a fantasy design that someone else cooked up- that is why it is not found in any of the model plan catalogs. See the thread at http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_3589652/tm.htm
