Devo:

Yes, it seems to.

But I screwed up my nerve today, got on the phone to order my new radials. And "Radial Christmas" is going to be around December 25th. They said it would be late this year to get mine into the production schedule.

Rats.

Bill.

Santa is a lot more generous in Florida too! You must have some good cookies at your house.

Devo:

You didn't notice I mentioned having to bribe Santa? If you are willing to spend the money you can have Christmas in July too.

But Technopower, actually Mark, said they couldn't get to my order until "Late this year" no matter whether I sent the money now or later.

Probably be late this year before I start on the big F7F anyway.

But they would sure be nice to show off at the club meetings.

Bill.

RE: GP Dazzler & Engine selection

I have a great planes dazzler with a .40la and a 10x6 prop on it and if you are good a tuning your engines correctly you can get some great horses out of it. I use 10% or 15% glo fuel and my dazzler hovers great! in fact, at full throttle, it actually goes up!! but slowly. i am planning on puting either an 11x5 or even a 12x4 prop on it and i know for a fact it will hover even better (i am an aerospace engineering major) almost everyone i know can't properly get the most out of their engines, they all run them rich, which is good if you are afraid of dead stick landings but my engine has never konked out on me except when i run out of gas. any questions just ask me, this is my second dazzler, i love them and plan to always have one in my hanger
