I had a Butterfly with a Super Tigre .23 on it. Way over powered. Flew great. Made a huge mistake and sold it with the engine. Bought another Butterfly kit recently just because they are fun. An old school plane needs an old school engine. I am considering two engine choices, an Enya .15 TV-III, or a slightly heavier RJL .21 rotary head 4-stroke making about the same power. The Butterfly would hardly notice the extra 2 ounces of the RJL and at low throttle cruise would sound like a sewing machine... just neater than spit.
