New to building....Uproar
 

Hello.
I am new to kit building and I am ordering an Escapade from tower and I thought why not get a kit as well. Chose the Uproar for price as it is just over 50 bucks and it'll bring me to a new coupon code :) It says in the ad that you need all kinds of extra stuff like the fule tank and wheels and hinges and hardware. The kit doesn't come with any of that? Do you really need all those extras listed?

What is included with kits will vary from kit to kit. Some kits will include just about everything you need to get in the air minus a radio, engine and covering. While others (like this Uproar) will have a list of things you will need to buy to complete the kit. Yes, all of the "extras" are usually really needed as a plane usually doesn't fly without fuel tank, hinges, wheels, and the other hardware. When you've been building for awhile you can usually keep the cost down as you might have some, or all, of the needed accessories on hand. But they are still needed.
