Default LMH 110 tips and advice please.

Hi I will shortly be receiving an LMH 110 in a trade for 3 pairs of trexxlers balloon wheel sa tee dee .010 and a tiny biplane kit.
I want to know what sort of receiver to use and what servos would be best etc.
Kindest regards.

LMH used to still have some support pages for their helis up, looks like they are gone now

http://www.litemachines.com/index.htm

I can make you a PDF copy of a 110 manual if you like.

You will need an Odd shaped glow plug lighter to reach the Norvel glow plug down in the cooling fins. AND NEVER EVER use a rubber based fuel bulb to transfer fuel to the 110. The rubber breaks down in the fuel then builds up on the Novel glow plug to the point it no longer works.

This was tested and PROVEN by the LMH folks.

Make sure the set screw on the tial rotor gyro is pointing DOWN otherwise the gyro will be working backwards. (makes it a little hard to fly)
