Default Mounting a Futaba gy240 on 120

Can someone tell me where I should mount it or post pictures of where they mounted there a Futaba GY240 I ordered one and its on the way so im wondering how I should mount it when I get it. Should i follow the manual and put it between the RX and the motor or somewhere else cause ive seen pictures of it mounted on top of the tail boom so can someone give me some advice or pictures of where and how I should mount it thanks

best place is right on or near the boom on to the crutch. Choppahedz sells a boom mount for it. Or you can create a platform near the boom clamp for it. I use crooked crutch, and it comes with a mount

hmm maybe I should have mentioned that I have the new corona 120 it has a aluminum crutch instead of wood so its not that same as the wood crocend would it be possible to just get some like a little piece of ply wood and then mount it with nyties or something or should I not do this and mount it stock?
