Default Atomic force "stalls" then starts again

I converted my 116 to an electric and I love it so much more except every once in a while at random the motor seems to skip for a half a second or two and then start again. When it does this the blades stop. Sometime I am high enough that they recover before I crash and sometimes not. I am using a 7 cell battery and it does it sometimes at the beginning of the flight so I know its not the bec circuit. Any help on this matter.

Sure sounds like RF interference/glitching to me. If you have the Rcvr too close to the motor and/or the ESC, this problem that you have described can rear it's head. Look at your equipment layout and rearrange things to achieve the separation I've mentioned. Hope this helps.

That did it. I moved my Speed controller away from the reciever and death dives are over. Thank you very much, and my helicopter thanks you
