Default Insulator and fuel

#1 I have a lMH model 117 and the the thermal insulator for the muffler on the v7 fell apart. do you know what i could use as a replacement?
#2 Also i am running morgons omega 15%(pink stuff) as it says you can in the manuel. however it say in the same manuel to not run fuels with rust inhibitor which it has. Is ok to run this fuel?

If I recall, the manual says not to use Byrons fuel because of the "type" of rust inhibitor that they use...Rog
