you need to remove all of the arlton gyro down to the pitch slider then put the collet through the slider from the rotor side and then put the set collar on from the outside I hope I have not confused you.

The mod kit from LMH is like $8. :confused:
For a longer Eyelet and a wheel coller.
You might try something like a pop rivit and drill the hole you need in it. :D
