Throw you hex into a drill....why use a pull start

I take it you dont race at a track?
I also have a pull start on mine.
I got sick of worrying about charging one more battery, not to mention carrying the spin starter/drill or whatever, around at the track.
Then you have to leave it laying around while you go up in the drivers stand and hope no one takes it [:@]

RE: Pull Start Options
Well, one other super good reason to use the pull start on the mach .26...Because the engine was designed to be used with a pull start. LOSI is responsibel for the dumb idea of attaching the roto start to the mach .26 and in the process added that dumb evil washer too. Look at all the problems that it caused. The mach .26 was not made for a roto start.[:-]

RE: Pull Start Options
If they had only made the brass bushing that sits in the connecting rod a little wider, the conn rod wouldn't slide back and forth on the crank shaft and you wouldn't need a washer.
