Compression Question???
I noticed that I can turn over my engine just by turning the rotostart without power...I only have about 3 gallons through the engine. Is it time to rebuild already?
I have another engine, same thing. Runs great, but will not idle, just dies. I have checked all the needles, and the Losi manual says to rebuild if it continues.

RE: Compression Question???
I don't know if it would be worn out after Only 3 gallons, I have just over 3 gallons in my LST and, If I don't Hold on to the starter Tight, It will Twist my hand pretty Hard, So theres got to be good Compression Still.
If it still runs Fine, I would Keep using it untill it starts to give you alot of Problems, Then just change the piston and sleeve, There only $ 45 anyway.
Later, Jason

RE: Compression Question???
I'm on my 5th gallon and if it's hot I can turn it over very easily with my finger on the flywheel. When it's cold though it still gives me some resistance.I'm ordering a new sleeve/piston next week
