servos die quick
Me and two other guys bought new LSTs at the same time. All of us had a servo go bad. My throttle servo went out and the other two had the shifter servo quit working. Have any other LST owners had problems with servos?

RE: servos die quick
The standard servos are good servos. I think there is only one other analog servo above what came as standard in the truck. If they've died, send them in for repair/replacement.
The new range from Hitec look to be the ticket , apparently they were designed with the rigors of MT and 1/8 buggies in mind. Are they worth the money???? http://www.hitecrcd.com/product_fs.htm
I run KO servos and I'm sure the guys who've been around have their favorites, Airtronics, Sanwa.... At the end of the day it will come down to how much money you have to spend. I'll go back to what I said eariler. JR make good servos.

RE: servos die quick
The LST seems to have a throttle connection to the servo that isn't normal, is there any way to mount a low tension spring to it, so if the throttle servo dies, it wont make it up to 50, and smash into something and break, or do damage to the engine?
THanks

Off topic...
Brison RC Engines, we have shemales in our advertising!
LOL
Why are digital servo's so much more expensive? What is the difference between a digital, and an analog? More precise control?
Thanks

Wow, this seems to be a very common problem, that sucks...
Will good servo's help at all, or will they have a simillar lifespan?

RE: servos die quick
I just had another sevo quit. I haven't run the truck in water or mud. It is just a little dusty from running on hard dirt. The epa was set right too. Three trucks, four bad servos, and none of them have burned a gallon of fuel.
