I have two LST's and I would say I have ran a total of maybe ~10-12 gallons. I buy two at a time and I have burned two in less than a week and a half but usually at least a gallon a week if the weather is nice.
Sometimes I throw empties in the back of the truck so that is why I was able to have this pic.

2 gallon in about 2 weeks, and 4 A-arms to date. The front A-arms can be changed in about 10-15 minutes, but those back ones are a lot more work. Other then the A-arms, it has been great.

Mine exploded 1/2 tank shy of 8 gallons due to a lsn air leak. Tore the hell out of the piston, sleeve, con-rod and case. It looked pretty cool when all those parts kind of fell out when I opened it up.

Hmmm.... I got about 2 gallons thru my first LST engine before the washer murdered it. My second engine is "OK", but i've got probably less than 2 gallons on it. I cant keep the truck from breaking long enough to put any fuel thru it.[&o] I'll try again Monday at the track.

LST #1494 - Like ThermalRD, the truck simply fails...everytime. I've actually laid down some fairly impressive lap times with my LST, but it has honestly never stayed together long enough to make the qualification round - [:@]

I believe mine is #1076. Which shouldnt make a difference at this point. There are not many original parts on this truck right now. With all the gear problems i've been having, and the bent input shaft, im now wondering if my chassis is flexing. I am still running the original side rails on this truck. I have never broken them, but i know they offer an updated version. Not that its gonna help any of the other problems, but if it helps... Then thats one less issue.

Its too bad that you Guys are having So-many Problems with your Trucks,
I had the Washer in mine and Didn't Know about it untill it was to Late, But Other than that, I've had very good Luck So far,
Its too bad ya Can't trade it in for a New One without the Extra cost. (your trucks being Lemons and all)
Well I Hope you Guys have Better Luck! and Get to Have Fun with your Trucks Soon!

I honestly have no idea. I run the same fuel in all three of my trucks, so I have no way of keeping track. I'd guess that it's been several gallons though.

I have not run any gallons through my LST. Tank is too small for the gallon to fit in. How do you guys fit a gallon in that tiny tank LOL

Make it 4 gallon now! We went on a 3 day camping trip and I went through nearly 2 gallon. And people conplain about gas prices. I used $50 in nitro to maybe $30 in diesel.
Best part, the truck did not break. Other then the body getting closer to going to pieces.There were 2 T-Maxx`s there as well, so we had to race some. in a straight race there is no contest. The LST runs away quickly! I can't drive good enough to be a good judge for track racing, so of course I got spanked on 4 out of 6 oval races, the other 2 the LST won. One of the guys claimed to have clocked his T-Maxx at 53 mph
I didn't burst his bobble.
