Default Savage body on LST2

Can You Put A Savage body on a LST2 ? Or any other regular 1/8 body?

you can but they aren't quite long enough. Here's a pic of a savage size Power wagon body on a LST.

Savages are small 8th scale trucks the are the size of 10th scale, it would be short and narrow.

The problem is that Savage bodies don't even fit Savages. Being a Savage owner, I hate the body situation. Other than a FEW, there really aren't any that fit it right. They are made to be interchangeable with the Maxx size bodies(1/10).

Here are a few pics for you. The first is a stock Savage shell sitting on a LST2. The second pic is the HPI Rubicon body sitting on the LST2. The last one is of the Rubicon body mounted on the Savage for reference.

Maybe. You're trying to do the opposite from me. I might put an LST size body on the Savage next time. I've test fit a couple and all you need to do is trim about 3/8 of an inch from the inside edge of each wheel opening.
