Default Allunium clutch shoe questions?

I will have my shoes sometime soon and woundering where should the weight be on them as they say they are adjustable?
I just want to make sure that i don't break something cause the shoes were engaging to early?
Is there an specific way to make sure the gears are lined up right so i don't tear up the spur gears?

Ok i figured out there is no adjustments to the clutch shoes. So i just need to make sure when my bearings show up that i align everything up and should be good to go.

and make sure the shoes go on in the right direction. also, after you use it for a while, pull the clutch bell off and spray brake cleaner on them and the cluch bell, but not the bearings
