I would say no if it contains any flammable warnings........Brake cleaners, contact cleaners, etc. are pretty harmful to plastic. Some spray wash their cars in soap or Simple Green and then spray with WD40 and air dry. I take a garden hose to mine (except the receiver box and any direct spray into the servos) and then blow it off with compressed air. Follow that with a bunch of Armor All and blow dry it again.

Personally, I wouldn't use it. I think its extrememly caustic. I find that using denatured alcohol and compressed air do a great job. Or Simple Green.
If you hose it off, which I wouldn't recommend, ensure you dry it off as much as possible to avoid rust and use WD40.... |

It will EAT the PAINT off of full size cars, So I don't think it would be the best thing to use on your LST.
Most Nitro Cleaner is Not harm-full to plastic, And I find W-D 40 works pretty Good, Just blow it off with compressed Air, Your truck will Look like New in no time, Later Jason |

I use spray 9 and it works great with no problem. Just spray on and air compress off.

Another good one is an orange based cleaner. I use one, it works great, and the truck smells nice afterwards! But seriously, stop using simple green. The air force stopped using it years ago because they found it was wearing aluminum prematurely. I spray mine down with an orange cleaner, hit it real quick with a tiny brush, rinse with a little water from another spray bottle, hit it real good with the compressor, then a little wd-40. Finally, it gets a lube job since the orange cleaner practicaly disintigrates grease. Looks nearly brand new (except for all the scuff marks cause I'm a crappy driver and crash a lot) in just about 10 mins. Whatever cleaner you use, be sure to check the warnings as it should tell you if it can harm anything.

I use dishwashing soap thinned so it can be sprayed, toothbrush if needed.
Dry by blowing off lightly with air compressor or hair dryer Then spray the whole truck chassis liberally with wd40 |

Whatever ya'll use, take my advice. Just make sure that you dont get rocks and sand into the Garbage Disposal. Or just use the side of the sink that does not have a disposal. Hehe. It's cold here in SLC UT so somtimes I dont have access to the outside hose...[sm=spinnyeyes.gif]
