Replacement Glow Plug?

What is the recomended glow plug for the LST? I can't find it in the online manual, but I know I seen it in the printed manual (which I don't with me...). I think its MC 59?

You are correct, but the McCoy MC9 seem to last longer and run more consistently. I also use Megatech Q-Series offroad plugs and have good luck with them ($2.85 each on Ebay).

I thought so, I just called them and they said that they use some regular 2 cycle plug:

Literally, I just placed that order less than a minute ago, I think I might move to one of the plugs you just mentioned. I've never had good luck with glow plugs, but the 1st one always seem to last the longest.

RE: Replacement Glow Plug?

Tuning has a big effect on glowplug longevity. Running lean will destroy the coil (Sometimes pushing it way up inside), and running rich can foul the plug causing deposits on the coil which make for more difficult starting and reduced throttle response.

The McCoy MC9's will not do you wrong.
