Many comments on RCCanada and the SWZ Blog re: legal action
It has been my experience that in most cases if someone intends to take legal action they just DO!. In cases where a threat is made it is usually along the lines of "if you do not retract your comments re ... then I will have no choice but to ..." and if no retraction is forthcoming then the threatened action takes place.
In most cases where folks threaten legal action it is usually simply an attempt to intimidate folks into clamming up. If and when they actually go to a lawyer then a) the lawyer usually tells them they likely don't have a case or b) the cost of action stops them from proceeding or c) the lawyer is the one who starts contacting folks and the individual who began the action says nothing further (smug in the knowledge that they will prevail).
In light of the above you judge the status of the threatened "action".

My Feedback: (10)

I'm chicken, there are too many "fanatics" out there that would go to any lengths to prove there point, I found that during the Ried - Larkin battle, it learned me a few life lessons.
Civility has escaped!
Here's a threat to JH - if we don't see him out flying that B25 in 2006, we'll tag him as a w.... or worse.
Happy New Year to ALL - thanks for the maac entertainment this past year!
