Default Question:

Does anyone know if they make a U. S. Army flatbed tractor/trailer R/C Scale 1/16?
I would like to haul my M26 Pershing 1/16 Tank.

Thanks,
Bobbart

That tractor looks terrific..is that totally scratch, or is that a conversion of a Tamiya 1/14 scale truck? Has the trailer been started?

Whatever it is, it looks a whole lot more complicated than the rig I threw together in my spare time one afternoon. [sm=lol.gif]

It's based on a 1/16 toy made by a german company called Bruder. He hasn't RC'ed it yet and is still working on a low-boy trailer.

No one manufactures one for retail. you'll have to build it your self. My winter project is going to be a HEMMT. Gonna get 4 MOA set ups and build it my self. <div> MOA = Motor over axel.</div>

The tractor and flatbed is exactly what I'm looking for.
Does your friend build them?

Bobbart.......

I scratchbuilt the tractor and trailer a few years ago because I wanted one but couldn't find one either. I do not build models to sell, I just do it for fun. I have no plans to build another one. The models took me months to build. I worked on them every day because I am retired. Thanks for asking, but I'm sorry I can't help you with this.
