Thank you for talking about our engines! To introduce myself, I represent the company SE Engines, and to clarify some matters that might be of interest:
1. They are made by the same company as DLA, however, some technical specs have been enhanced.
2. We use for our products some name brand parts, such as NSK bearings, and our carburetors are Tillotson (SE-32), Walbro (SE-56) and Emas (SE-112).
3. We have not been arround for 2 weeks. We started having the motors made over 2 years ago, and we have tested them exhaustively throughout that time, coming out with a product we can really stand behind. We waited until now to make them public in places like RCU, because we were registering and trade marking our brand. We don't want to loose our product to one of the large distributors, such as what has happened to some of the original importers of other brands.
4. We have set up a full service center in Miami, Fl, where we provide service and support to our engines, as well as warranty -Full 2 Year Limited Warranty-. We stock all our engine parts to service any need.
5. We stand behind our engines, so if anyone ever has a problem, we are here for them. We want our pilots to have the least 'down' time possible, and we want to offer an incomparable level of customer service. We are mainly modelers, and want to serve our kind.
Again, feel free to contact us with any comments, questions or concerns about our engines. 954-275 0498, and [email protected].
Thanks for your comments, an I hope that we can make this into a successful thread and we can have many happy users.

Mateo, I am not picking your engine apart or anything but I am curious as to why you went with the "CM-6 type" plug. You stated that you guys were using brand name parts on your engine, why not set yourself apart from the others and put a real CM-6 plug on the engine to start with and save everyone the trouble of having to replace it.
Even DLE won't put a real plug on their engines, I don't get it. Is NGK banned in China or something?

You are right. The fact of the matter is that we do put a CM-6 plug on our engines, and that is how we ship them. When we write the specs, we explain that it has to be a CM-6 'type', just for informational purposes, but that is what we use.
Regarding NGK, they are not banned in China, as a matter of fact they have a manufacturing facility there. Now, with the earthquakes in Japan, we are all uncertain about some parts' availability, so we might have to resort to Germany for bearings and so on. Hopefully we can do that without affecting our cost too much so our clients don't get affeted at all.
Again, thanks for your kind comments, and sorry if I made it sound as if I felt you were picking my engine appart, because I really didn't.
Regards

We are finalizing tests this weekend, so we probably will be able to have the production ready for shipment in 3 weeks or so. We will not be replacing the current ignitions, but offer them as an option, because we have found out that a lot of people prefer the traditional system.
Thanks for asking

Karol,
Thank you for visiting this thread!
Basically, we are working on one as a matter of fact. We have some prototypes built already, but we are a little bit far from production yet. We really hope that by the middle or late summer we will have it out, but I don't want to promise yet. Anyhow, I will keep you posted of any news regarding the 20 (It's actually going to be a little bit larger than 20 cc, but in that range)
Again, thanks.

I've talked to sarage and I came away with the inpression he spends a lot of time on theses engines before he buts them on the market. He wants them to work the first time and doesn't want the consumer to be his test supjects. At he price point I see a real future for his engines. I know he has parts ready in stock. Dennis
