Could you please show where the cheapest, yet good enough to drift! (best quality for my money)
P.S. im looking for a price range of 50-100 USD if possible, may be able to go a bit over that

On that budget you could get a goodused HPIRS4 3 and then upgrade the chassis to the RS4 3 Drift Chassis, which is more balanced for weight distribution. If you are still having trouble sliding, hpi sells a "D-Box" to help with counter steer, which is the main difference between the 3 and the 3 Drift. That alone is $130 at TowerHobbies though.

I try to stick to the higher quality brands. I bought a Tamiya TT01 for $150, and it is the only car I have running
I'd highly reccomend it. It is more upgraded than the "competitor" the HPI E10.

Do you have a link to where I could buy one?
Thanks very much!

If you feel good about it though and did some research, I bought mine new from ebay:

There are a few bodies you can choose from in that price range. Anything with TT01ES , RTR, a body you like, and a good rating is probably okay. Be aware that most of them do not include a battery and charger, and do not include drift tires stock. (Unless you buy a designated drift edition, slightly more expensive) I made drift tires using PVC pipe. Good luck

I believea TT-01would be a great match for me, this is what I will hopefully be buying!

Tell me what you think/ what I could eventually upgrade to make it better!

I haven't upgraded anything in mine except for a brushless system I got used. I think my favorite thing though is the charger. I got a decent charger and battery combo that charges in around an hour, and sometimes I can get run times of around an hour and a half. That did cost around $80 extra in total though.
If you want to go faster (Which you probably will if you see how fast the guys go at on road tracks) then there are a few different things to do, Brushless systems, lipo kits, etc. However many tracks have a stock/27T race category which would be plenty of fun.
Although, If you are building a drifter you really don't need much speed. You may want to upgrade for high speed stuff, but with slippery tires the top speed will be limited. There are some mild countersteer kits, or you could lock the rear differential. Upgrades really come down to what you want to be able to do.
Looks like a good choice! I sure enjoy mine

Ok, and the only thing I would need to make this car a drifter would to be to put on PVC tires or any kind of drifting tires correct?
And how do you lock up the rear differentials?

The only thing you need to make it drift it drift tires. This means either home-made PVC/ABS pipe tires or hobby drift tires. The tires do wear out though, so pipe is more cost effective.
Locking the diff makes it easier to slide the rear end out, however reduces grip turning radius. I do not lock mine, partially because PVC tires have less grip than ABS or hobby drift tires, meaning you need less power. If you wish to lock it, you can disassemble the diff and fill it with silly putty, etc.

Well cheap and quality... choose one
You could buy a FlySky off-brand radio which seem to work already, or just buy a used one for 5 bucks. Really though, buying the TT01D for extra money I don't understand; the motor speed upgrade will barely be noticeable, you can make your own drift tires and... well there isn't much more to it. Which one are you looking at? Because the Supra from the guy requires full assembly...
If you would consider building a kit however, (you never said yes or no) Then you could potentially get a better car for your money.
By the way, have you tried a drifter before? Because While I enjoy my TT01, I have it set up so I can just switch tires to drift or grip. And If you would consider used, you could get some great deals. Sorry for all the questions, I should have asked them earlier!

Got my car! Its alot of fun so far (I have drifted it twice so far) my friend came over and we made a makeshift track and took turns drifting around. I have a question, would a 2nd battery be benificial to me? it seems I get about an hour with a 2000 Mah battery, then takes 10 hours to charge, and believe having a second would be better?

By the way.. do you feel drifting gets kind of boring? Maybe its just cause I do it alone
Also, If you want to save money, NEVER take your car to a track. You'll see how fast they are and want to keep up
