Default steps boat that I design in 2009

First, I use translator to understand English
But I like RC boat very much .....
I have begun to play contro lline airplaneboat vehicle from 1972' various model( however most like is model boat)
Model boat match is to begin from 1974'
Have also attended world championrace in the year of 1990/1992/1994/1996'
Do a 1.38M of long boats in 2009 with wooden system ,Can use 27-35cc gasoline engine .
From long match experience, know that actual boat and model boat are not designed together (So, this is just significant test and test !! )
Hope that everybody has the friend a discussion of this kind of boat

3)Use directly guides or is the drive of flexible shaft

This wooden boat has been tested in 2010 , At that time, use the new 26cc of a original factory for test ,
The revolution of brand-new Engine can go to 14,560 (The same day just this running-in motivation )
Under no big wave run do not feel that is rapid , However run together with the boat of 2 friends will not also feel to slow very much !!
(The pitiful new engine of 26cc will guide the boat of this 1.38M )

Nice, neat build and innovative design.
Looks like you have a nice place to run

How does the wooden bottom hold up with the direct mounted engine?

You must be one of the first people in Hong Kong to have one, let us know how it runs. I have seen one and it looks like a "proper" race engine. Have you modified yours yet or are you going to run it stock?

Hi Glenn

I will attend the German world championships of 2012 ( FSR-O-27 Class )
I first meeting Engine running-in is good , Make modification again ...( But I can ask your British famous general Ian Folkson for advice ).
Because the propeller diameter of FSR-O is compared , I must want to notice torque !!
I feel that this engine propeller scope is been by 65 - 67 mm diameter ......But must is increasing Picth test !
I hope that this Step boat can be completed July ago ! (It has , is good to fight wave and rapid speed )

You were answering Glenn but I know all us English look alike Good to know you will be attending the Naviga Championships, you will meet some tough competition.... I may drive down for the finals but it will be the FSR-V classes if at all. Shame with the split championship as in Norway I was able to catch all classes over a few days.

The CMB certainly seems to have the makings of a good motor, there is a choice coming with the BZM and (so I have heard) Mathe joining the ranks of the 27cc. Just a pity that the cost side of the class will be high.

Interesting design, can you explain to me why the step is so far forward on the hull?,sureley once the boats running its not even in contact with the water so has no effect whatsoever?.

Hi Mart

I use translator to understand English ,I hope you can understand what I mean !!
The same length of the hull, but Step distance tail relatively far will stabilize ....(.Run big waves are stable in the same length,For the FSR-O... )
The boat's center of gravity,(CG )can be compared to previous.... (.Decreases by the updraft impact )

For me that was 20 years ago ... hair-color ... ha ha

I'll be in Germany , as technician for my apprentice Kees Zwartbol , and to watch.

As Peter Inglof and I are the only white haired/bearded persons overthere , I'm easy to find. :-)

I also have long black hair , ha ha

You will go to the German race ?
For me that was 20 years ago ... hair-color ... ha ha

I'll be in Germany , as technician for my apprentice Kees Zwartbol , and to watch.

As Peter Inglof and I are the only white haired/bearded persons overthere , I'm easy to find. :-)

Unless Dave Marles grows a beard Henk!!

Hi Glenn

I retrieve the photos of the 1990 World Championships in Austria
Dave Marles of 6.5cc boat when the propeller is broken at the last minute , I watch the scene
In addition there are some in the 1992 Swedish
