Does anyone know how to unglue tires

hey. well i have some pretty flat and undrivable tires. and i want to put some ABS or PVS piping on them. but i need to get the tire off. does anyone know how to unglue the tires? also there is chrome paint, but the rim is black under, does anyone know how i can take off the crhome?

aight..... ill boil them tomorow. im soaking them in nail polish remover to see what thats going to do..... prolly just ruin them but its worth a shot lol

oh my bad i was just saying yes from ur title!
well if u boil then u'll have to take em off quick cuz boiling doesn't get rid of the glue-acetone does or can but also does or can eat away at ur rubbers! -i'm not sure about the baking part
