Those are not T-45 Skymaster kits.Per Airpac website specs-SM Fuse length is 80 inches, the kit this China company is selling is 71 "

May be a variant of the presently retired Jet Hangar Hawk however

The Jet Legend has the same address as Spark Models in China, They used to OEM F-15, F-18C, and JAS-39 Gripen for Skymaster about 1 years ago. However, In the past we had some planes OEMed by Spark, and many of those planes you have may be the ones that couldn’t pass our quality control. We discontinue to order from Spark and built our own factories.

Skymaster designed those planes, and Spark is selling the designs without authorization. We are currently in a legal battle with Spark over these issues. If anyone sells these planes in the US, you may have some problems here, since stealing copyrights are against the law here.

For people who are interested in purchasing these planes, Skymaster will not be liable for any damages caused by low quality work. Many of the planes were unable to pass Skymaster’s QC, and these are the remaining that Skymaster rejected because of quality problems. There is a very high risk that these planes are not stable. Also, we will not provide any accessories, technical support, or customer service for these planes. If you like Skymaster plane, please buy it from Skymaster authorized dealers.

It is very clear that Skymaster designed these planes. We hope that everyone will support Skymaster in this act of deceit by these companies, support copyright, and hope that you will boycott these products. We do not want these companies or products associated with the Skymaster name.

Solemn Declaration

Spark Company is a manufacturer specialized in making Jet models. The products that we designed and manufactured are being sold in many countries and areas throughout the world. In order to provide better support for the players of Jet models, Spark Company has set up a website named JetLegend.com. Through this website you can purchase our products and get comprehensive technical support.
Recently, Skymaster Company, a former agent of ours, constantly made up facts and posted false news, wanted to defame us and hamper our sales and service. So we have to make a declaration as follows:

1. The copyrights of all products that are being sold on our website belong to Spark Company. Skymaster Company was an exclusive agent of some of our products . And it is not our agent now. Skymaster Company has none copyright for the products being sold on our website.

2. All products being sold on our website were manufactured carefully and qualiy were controled strictly , not the poor quality as Skymaster Company described.

3. Spark Company provide comprehensive technical support and quality guarantee for all products that sold via our website.

4. Skymaster Company has called us many times, threatening to sue us. Spark declears that we are not afraid of any kinds of threats because have not any faults .

5. We want to say a word to Skymaster Company, the best way to win in competition is to provide better products and service, it is vain trying to defame your rivals, lies will be uncovered sooner or later.

6. Spark Company focused on manufacturing in the past, so its name were not known by most Jet players. But the products manufactured by us have already entered many countries and areas, and has won good reputation. All these prove that the products of our company have passed the test of the market, so you could purchase without any worry.

7. Our website, JetLegend.com, just went into opention recently. We want to take part in a fair, lawful and orderly competition, to provide perfect products and good service to Jet players. We don’t want to see any bad competions any more such as make-up and slander. Also please support us, JetLegend.com. to give us an opportunity, to give yourself an opportunity .

Wow I feel a can of worms coming on. Very good information and thanks both sides for sharing their point of view. I just hope that this thread can stay civilized and not get into a big argument.

On the other hand I really like being called a Jet Player, and I'm being serious thats a cool way to word it.

Clear some facts:

1. Skymaster is NOT Spark agent. Skymaster design and OEM production in Spark in the past. Skymaster own the copyright of planes in contract. It's clear who make up story about this.

2. Spark selling Skymaster's designs without authorization is legal issue. Our lawyer contacting Spark for the lawsuit related issue, not for "threat".

3. Anton, owner of Skymaster design and test flight all the Skymaster planes. In fact, he teach Spark's engineers from start turbine to fly a jet. NO ONE in Spark can even start a turbine before Anton teach. Therefore, I believe the fact of who designed plane is very clear.

4. We are welcome fair competition, but not copy.
