Any opinions on these tanks?
For sale on Ebay by Toy East. Toy East has an excellent reputation on Ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/MARUI-VsTank-PRO...QQcmdZViewItem
Same as the Vs Tanks for sale by Tower Hobbies, just with the airsoft system installed.
With shipping, they are the same price as the Tower Infrared tanks.
Any reason why the US market will not get the airsoft models? They sell airsoft guns, but not the tanks here. What's the deal?
I tried looking at the Marui Tank Group on Yahoo! but that is the worst message board EVER and it annoys me just to try to read it. It's like going back to the 1995 internet.
Tell me your thoughts on these guys. TIA

I picked up an airsoft version from my local sporting goods store (Dick's Sporting Goods) in the airsoft section. Got the tank and all of the ammo I need.

I don't believe it is IWaver. Most of the writing on the box is like Japanese. I have found some boxes that are close on the web, but not just like mine. None the less... it works great. Lots of power in the gun. I am able to shoot the gun and hit the house across the street on the second floor. You can see I have been putting it to good use. I don't have my FTP program any more or I would post a picture of it. If you would still like to see it... post an email address and I will send you the pic.
Oh... a few more things... Mine requires AA batteries, not a rechargable ones like some of the ones I have seen. Also... this tank seems to be put together very well. I have a few other off brand tanks and this is just all around better...

This tank is coming from over sea and would cost about 120.00 with shipping. I was going to buy and when i say that shipping cost I pulled out.

All the ToyEast stuff I've seen on Ebay is $64.99 for the tank and 35 bucks shipping.
That's airmail and takes 7-9 business days. Some orders do take a little longer but that is only because of a delay in the shipping ports in California.

I just recieved an IR VsTank from Toyeast. There was some miscommunication and a backorder on their part but when they finally sent it, i got it in Bama in 7 days exactly. I bought another VsTank from a LHS IR version. The owner said they cannot get the airsoft versions from overseas for some reason???? The ones in Dicks are NOT VsTank. These things are great. I just uograded the M1 with new tread set and added rubber grips (took 3 hours LOL, but WELL worth it!). Go VsTank if you can get one!!!!!!!!!!
