Default My Tornado XP true Speed

Finally took the time to put the GPS on the buggy and.......

33.8 MPH and 256 Degres F

Should be able to brake 35 mph with a little more space and fine tuning but that about it (which is already plenty for me )

How did you read the speed? I've got a Garmin Etrex it'll read the speed but won't save a top speed. I think[:-]

I ran alongside the Tornado yesterday holding the GPS and got 30.9 mph! ran outta road! LOL I rebuilt the rear diff and was the first time I ran it flat out on the road. Got that top speed reading just after it shifted to 2nd and lost control. Gotta get to a big parking lot, I'm thinkin eroof's 41 is about the most you'll get with a stock setup.

41 is actually prette good. Bear in mind that hpi mt2 18ss (better engine) does like 75kph , if our tornado can do like 65-70kph it is really decent result for taiwan cheap engine . Mine did 60kph for sure on 16% nitro, should be 65 - 70 with 20% and some fine tuning.
