My New Street Revo
Well, I finally completed my new street Revo. Let me know what you think. This truck was built for the street only and will never see dirt as long as i'm alive. This is the type of racing we do here in south florida. Notice I have a roto-start, Don't see too many of those on the forums here. Let's see how the new-era mount holds up. Oh, the linkage had to be modified cause the one that comes with the kit sucks. Enjoy...........

very sharp.
i am curious as to why you put the exhaust coming out of the side, though. was it necessary for the setup, for street racing, or just a personal preference. i really like the rear exhaust because it keeps your tires and body clean.

yo savage, it's a THS pipe, top end and the header is from the new era kit cut in half with the header from the pipe cut in half, matched together with the rubber condem. You now...........because this engine sits the way it does, it was hard to find a header like the one I was looking for.

bronco, yes for racing, street level, side pipes is the way to go, top end long pipes, rear pipes are really just for bashing, or dirt racing. as usual, i'm just looking for top end, really fast. It's just my style. That's all. And the pipe out the window, again, I wanted something different then everybody else. looks cool. I'm running it rich still, and it looks like a semi coming at you.

yes it's broken in pretty much. had some trouble with that crappy linkage but we worked it out. what made a huge difference is the solid rear diff, posi in the rear. Drives straight now at full blast. It's really fun to drive now......I swear upon everything holy, I never saw a truck move this fast. That's what i'm mostly impressed about. This engine rocks, just like everybody told me it would.especially Miami-RC

looks like an awesome truck, I just have a question for you.. I don't mean any offence by it, it's a sick truck, but why would you buy a revo and then spend tons of $$$ converting it to street trim when you could have just gotten a nitro tc that would go faster and handle (much) better?
