I can make it stop doing that if I trim the tabs down that I added to it to the point that it only runs about 15 mph. It belongs to a friend of mine. My son wanted one until he got the hots for the HOTZ!

Not a video but I wanted to get some opinions. There's more to do but I had to sleep and then go to work. I think the biggest trouble will be making it as fast as it looks. Regardless, I know I'm in the right place.

...and to think I've been filling my tank with Tangueray all this time.
Did you get your x632 yet? I wish I had tried that one on the Hotz just to see how it would run. I'm running and 1.4 pitch-37mm and on the edge of temp control. That X632 is 1.6 pitch-32mm. Might have run pretty good, actually. That is if it would get that barge on plane to begin with.

Steering is for sissys. Just think how fast it wll be w/o a rudder! I'm still working on re-assembly back there. The name was for the drag boat concept that I had years ago, before I learned how dangerous that sport can be. Would have been a small tunnel, with a big block running alcohol so the name would have been fitting. My wife had come up with the name so I figured since she got me the boat I'd give her the proper respect. The prop is a 642 that I just finished, its never been wet. Looking forward to trying it out with some new 3500's. I'll spend some set-up time there. I'm waiting for my X440 to come in too. Lakes are slushy here so I guess I can take my time.

Yes that would have been a good test. How is it that you know more about my prop than me and how are you gettng your information?
Thanks

The "X632" is stamped right on the hub. Even my worn out eyes can see them. Specs can be found on Octura's site, although I usually go to OFE, or FDM for specs as they will have Prather, Graupner, etc.

But don't worry, all the others do also.
