Is this TEX'S LOUNGE?! I did always think though that the LB lounge belonged in the offtopic forum.

EDIT: I just saw that the LB lounge got shut down, sad.[]

Hmm.

I have been having mixed feelings lately.

I understand it is Howard's job, but I disagree with the fact we have to make a whole new thread, in the appropriate category, then place a link in the lounge.
After all the link would be linking to an off-topic post, which would mean it should in theory also be deleted. But the whole reason the link and other thread would be there is to show the Lounge members, which is essentially a large group of buddies. After all, it seems 95% of the off topic posts in the lounge only got 1-2 replies anyways.

Just my $.02

We all agree with that, but I doubt it will happen.

You all do not a sticky. Usually you all have a post in here every 5 mins keeping always at the top. LOL.

I am book marking this thread, I enjoyed the old thread I found a lot of good information in it. I finished up my Touareg and also built a Midnight Pumpkin.

Working on a radio issue, it will not operate the ESC in Reverse, but if I hook up a servo it moves it both ways.... 3PM-FS I am going to try and reset it to factory settings. The 3PM-FS I got from LB is working so I know it is this radio...

Here's the reason we have to make a new thread;

There is a new thread started. I think it is better to stick with that. The
old one is 570 pages. Nobody is going to read all that. It also causes
problems with some of the forum software when it gets past a certain number of
pages and I don't know what that number is.
Fair enough..

Hmm, it's comforting to see that a new lounge lives on... but I think the original was pretty quality.

Seems like our buddy there (the mod) got on a bit of a power-trip when cleaning and deleting posts in the lounge... I respect RCu as a free service, but man, way to kill a TON of patronage by removing one thread.

Ridiculous. Sours my RCu experience for sure. [:@]

I see the police are still in full effect in this particular lounge as well...

Got my Clod Buster back up and running by adding 4mm Hex Bolts and 4mm Lock Nuts where the pins stripped out of the wheel hub.

Much more durable setup, not the prettiest though...

Well, back to my TXT...I don't think I'll run the S600's in it. I break enough things with the silvercans and 2 packs lol. Too bad the thread couldn't have been moved, though, because I think it had the most pages on the site.

I wonder where LB has been lately, though. In a day he'd put like 5 pages on here lol.

I got a question for you TXT people. What is the best way of securing double packs? Velcro, or something plastic that I could make. I've been using ducttape, but it only lasts for about 3 runs.

I just found this, I had wondered what had happened to the lounge, when I found it I was shocked,
I also tried talking and reasoning with Howard, he basically quoted the RCU rules to me and said thats it.
I do have a topic that can start some discussion in here, tex I know can help me.
I am looking for a lipo charger capable up 2amps preferably, I just won a 2250mah lipo pack (kinda by mistake)
Same as item number 160120293698
I want to spend under $70 for the charger and want balancing capabilities, so far I like DN Power and Cellpro 4s
If there is anything you can suggest thats cheaper better etc, basically voice your opinion.
