I used to have an old ofna engine that would run in the 330's and I tried like heck to tune it so It would run that hot and still run good. It was impossible haha. Right now my ofna force .26 runs in the 260's good and my associated .28 (stocker in the mgt) Likes anywhere from 230-270.

in my stocker TTR28 in the MGT i like to run inbwtween 250 to 280, but lately its been runnin like a raped ape and struggling to hit 210, ive sealed the backplate, carb, new fuel line etc so its not a leak, i might get a new plug and see what that does, as ive had this OS8 in mine for about 3 gallons lol and its still goin great

I run my Sportwerks .26 at about 200 (if that) up to 230-240. I just don't want to run the risk of going too far and paying the price for it by buying another engine with the money I don't have. My OS 18TZ, I haven't run it enough yet to see what it's optimal running temps are. I just don't like to "push it" too much with my engines.

As of right now my STS D30M rev.2 won't run well until 260 or so up to around 290's. I've got a bit more than 1/2 a gallon through it so I hope it cools down after the gallon mark.

Just thought I would say this because you wont really see a huge difference is engine life when comparing 200-220 degrees and 240-260 degrees and its gotta be more fun having the little bit of extra punch.
