Default changing the bearings?

i just mounted my old trusty saito 150 on my Velox, (it came of my Lanier Edge), and i turned it on today to test run it before i was supposed to maiden it on saturday, and it ran very rough. I can tell the bearings went out on it. i did some research and most of them involved "baking" the engine at 300 degrees F for 30 or so minutes.....

does anyone know a great website that goes step by step , perhaps even with illustrations?

i actually have 2 4 strokes that need bearings, and if i send them off its gonna run me 160 for both of them

any suggestions

http://www.rc-bearings.com/

Up across the top of the page there is a selection for installing bearings in a two stroke. A four stroke is the same except for setting the cam timing and the valve clearance
