This is the official hextronik 12kg servo thread. this servo is amazing and it only costs $7.57 at united hobbies. I am putting one in a Savage this summer and I will tell you how it goes. It is ordered and being shipped right now. Post the car/truck you are putting this servo in on this thread.

Wow, with a speed of 3.2nS, that's about 100 million times faster than any similar servo -- woohoo, that baby must smoke!

It's just an MG995 in drag -- one of the worst servos ever made. It might be okay for buggy use but why would you bother even then -- when the newer and *much* improved MG996R is now available?

I would like to know more about this servo.. some thing tells me it's garbage.. but I want to hear from a few who own it. It does seem like it would be an ok bashing servo.
