going to make my frist nitro truck purchase looking for help on what to get. have a friend with a t-maxx.i want a truck thats better, faster and won't brake the bank! any advice helpful!!!

if u want anything compared with a tmaxx you need to get a avalanche. great truck. only 360$ make a post on the redcat forum and they will give u some great online shop links

as far as the 1/10 redcat and exceed rc are the same. The 1/8th line is same except the engine.

ya the redcats have a .28 sh. exceeds have a .21.

r u kidding?! Redcat is better than exceeds out of box quality cause redcat upgrades there cars like al. shocks plus they have the engine warranty so u can replace urs when it breaks. When will exceed offer engine replacement. oh yea... Never!

does exceed offer the digital fm radio setup in their 1/8? chrome tuned pipe? high torque metal geared servo for steering? sh .28 engine?

there are a few differences in the 1/10 too, i definately wouldnt say the same

Exceed does offer engine replacement and better price and you can PM if your engine has problems. Who says we NEVER offer engine warranty?

True, but aren't customer paying for those with redcat comes higher price? Yes all exceed 1/8th scale comes with high torque metal gear stearing servos too. We offer AM radio and no chrome pipe but we want to leave that upgrade to customer. Exceed-rc targets new nitro car users.

lol thats funny. better prices. maybe the site is wrong or somthing but i just looked at exceeds site and there 1/8 truck is $499. that is alot more than redcat. w/e dont wanna start an agument but i just wanted to put that out there. and that dosent even come with an fm transmitter[X(]

check out what traxxas wants for thier engine program, i can get the engines cheaper at my lhs than what they want for it. its not a bad deal to get an sh .18 for less than $50 if you burn your engine up, drop it from a building or run it over with your car.

For exceed-rc, I'll replace your engine no cost but customer must pay shipping.

I didn't even get angry or upset at all. You always make comparison between redcat and exceed-rc so i'm just doing the same here. I'm here to help and if customer got problem with their engine just let me know and I'll take care of them.
