Hello again. . .

Yes, much can be said about the new jf90 Rabbit turbine. However, the following information will help you with your turbine selection.

1. Release for sale June 08
2. 18lb or 19lb thrust. . .we will let you know
3. $2,695.00 introduction price June thru August 08
4. weight is 2lb - 7oz excluding battery, solenoids, fuel pump, filters and Festo's
5. 41 confirmed pre-orders to date
6. Lifetime Warranty on this tubine is extended to include the Glow Plug. . .it is now internal.

We will be flying this turbine at Kentucky Jets. Rabbits as well as all our other turbines will be available for sale and delivery at each jet meet we attend.

That's it for the answers. . .all the answers we will provide at this time.

Best regards,
Eric Clapp

Mark:

Will post all details in the very near future. The display turbine is already on it's way back to the production facility. I will have complete specifications, pre-production sale sheets and the turbine at Toledo. Look for us there.

Hey Mark

Eric had to wipe up all of my beer drool.
It looked like it was smaller in diameter than a P70.
I forgot I had a photo from when one of the Tam guys took the engine and held it above the P-60 that was installed in the Tam EDF F-16

Smoke system is available now. We sold out at Florida jets. Price is $195.00 complete. Shipping UPS to lwr 48 and USPS to Canada and other areas.
We should have Smoke systems available at Toledo. Thanks for the inquiry.

Sweatpea01:

Release of the Rabbit is on schedule with the first run of twenty five already spoken for. Since we do not take deposits on pre-order, each person ordering will be called, confirmed and their CC processed. Should they pass, this opens up a slot for the next in line. I suggest to all interested customers, you email me @ [email protected] and make your intentions known.

Second production run of Rabbits is on the schedule for release toward the end of August / early September. I will post the exact (as close as I can) date the second production run will ship. Thanks for your interest and selecting Jet Central Micro Turbines as your turbine of choice.

Eric Clapp

Rabbit shipments do not begin until the third week in June. There will be no inventory "in Country" as you state in your question. Simple reason is there will not be any OH (on hand ) inventory until all pre-orders are filled.

If you attend Winamac, you will see the Rabbit first hand. Miss it there, then see it at Jets over Kentucky. Miss it there and you will see it at Liberty Bell Jet Rally. Miss it there. . . .

Dirk:

I have flown my personal Flash with the Falcon - 23lb and the Super Eagle - 30lb. Flash has been flown with 18lb thrust turbines.

Rabbit is producing 20lb thrust. Will be very good as a power plant. Total all up weight with both tanks and the Rabbit should come in at 26lb with fuel.

For unlimited vertical, I would go with the Super Eagle and then reduce max RPM to 124,000. This is what I feel to be the perfect set up. With both tanks, you will experience 10 minute flights with no worries.

Thanks for the question.
