Here are some pics and video of my Blackjack 26 moded. I bought the boat for $112 from Hobbemart on ebay new with a damaged hull. I got it home, fixed it, painted it, added the aeromarine rudder system, put my Aqu .18 engine from my Vegas in it, y535 prop i cut and balanced, and a sulivan 6oz tank. The .15 stock engine was horrible, so it was removed right after break in. The .18 made such a difference in power! Enjoy!

Cant figure out how to post my youtube videos, so here is the link:

I was actually wondering about that. I appriciate the advise, as I felt it could handle something larger as well. I have an x637 coming for my vegas, but if that is a good choice, please let me know. Or if you have another in mind! Thanks!

Nice. I will be trying that out just as soon as the new prop arrives. Any thoughts on 3 or 2 blades for that hull? I plan on getting a GPS very shortly as well so I can get a better feel for the improvements. Mike

I don't know as I've always gone with what the boat likes. Some sizes you'll only find in either 2 or 3-blades. That motor can take some serious prop for its size. A Grimmie 40x52 3-blade could be an option.
If you're using the smaller cable from the Miss Vegas you will have to put some spacers bewtween the prop and shaft. No big thing for most of us as we have brass tubing laying around that wil help you adapt to the larger bored props.

That what I'd done with my boats.
That motor could sling a 215 prop too. Saw that on a vegas. Remember Ron it might do it better, because the vegas flex cables are about 3"longer,both are a.150 flex cable size. I would say with a shorter cable =better power out put from the motor= better and maybe bigger prop selection?

Well, I put on an X637 prop, and got 38mph out of it. But, it is now on ebay, and my Miss Vegas mod will be up there in a couple days too. I decided to go big, and find a 1/4 scale tunnel hull! The Blackjack is fast and fun tho!

Here's some videos of mine. Sorry for the poor video quality I took the video by myself.
