Description:
77" Weeks Solution Biplane, AIR FRAME ONLY. Ready to go with your radio gear and engine. Never any crash damage. Great flying bipe, no bad tendencies. Covered with black Ultracote and done in the real Weeks Solution scheme with the addition of "Shiner Bock" logo added on top wing and fuse sides. To big to ship, wings are one piece. Willing to meet for delivery or can deliver for a reasonable cost. Nice plane, wont find a better flying bipe.

Hey Paco, Larry here in Lafayette, LA...
I have a very nice Shoestring... not NIB but never flown... has all the servos only... cowl has not been cut nor mounted... no engine ever mounted... clean... a couple of small chips on front of cowl... not bad... I got it in a trade deal... 66" wingspan... I do have a nice .78 glow engine and pitts muffler that could be included... plane would be very quick with this setup...
Would you be interested in a trade and cash deal and meet me in Natchitoches, LA on I49....??

Larry, the Shoestring is not exactly my style of plane. Also, I haven't been into glow engine stuff in close to 30 years and actually never owned a 4 stroke except perhaps in a trade deal which got sold as I just don't do glow. I would be more interested in gas, no electric or glow in my hanger. Thanks.

I also have a nib AT-6, 80+ inch wing... pretty sure it’s a CMP model... yellow wings... the classic style...

The AT6 would be one war bird I might consider, but after some thought, I have no engine for this size plane nor retracts which translates into more money. If it were larger, it would spark my interest more, but I just think I will have to pass on this one, too. Thanks.

you could fly the AT-6 with its fixed gear
until you could get some retracts...
There’s a DL 50 for sale on FG for $150 shipped... would be perfect for the AT-6....
Could add the Shoestring and you could sell it for AT-6 parts...!!

There’s a DL 50 for sale on FG for $150 shipped... would be perfect for the AT-6....another option, but more money out of my pocket. It could come with an engine and be closer to the value of my plane.

Some things that spark my interest and are closer in value to what I have to sell (a 37% biplane): 50cc Edge airframe. 50cc Patty Wagstaff airframe. 50cc Ultimate airframe. 50cc war bird of some type. 50cc Art Scholl Super Chipmunk. and possible others if I gave it more thought.
