'Snoopy's' Airplane: VK Models Sopwith Camel R/C Kit, NIB
This is a beautiful 1/6 scale model kit of the famous WWI Sopwith Camel fighter by precision kit manufacturer VK Model Aircraft Company. It's most famous pilot is, of course, none other than 'Snoopy'!! The kit is complete, new-In-box, and in great condition.
This is an extraordinary kit suitable for such an icon WWI fighter. The kit features a formed cowl and machine gun deck, machined parts, die-cut parts, hardware, three sheets of plans, and colorful decals. The finished kit builds into a plane with a 56" wingspan, and will require a minimum of 4-channel radio and a .50-.70 nitro motor; an OS70FS would be perfect! A modeler with reasonable skills could easily convert the Camel to electric power as well. The AUW is around 6 lbs.
