Futaba 18MZ Transmitter.
This is An amazing radio. Over 3000.00 new. It is in really great condition. Comes with the case and is always in the case.

IT is both of course. You just have to adjust the ratcheting which is easy. I will have a few. I need to check the planes that have them it them. All higher end receivers.
