Description:

Note: this engine is propane start.

I got this engine in a plane but it's bigger than I want. I believe it's a 160 (could be a 170) and I need to downsize to the 120 newton range, so trades are on the table. It's got some time on it so I went thru all the externals (I was a jet engine mechanic by trade) and refreshed the harnesses, solenoid wiring etc. Also replaced the starter with brand new one.

it's got some time on it but it's still got a lot of life left. You will see some small openings in the front cover rim where it meets the engine (eye shaped more or less) that someone put there maybe for test wires etc at some time in the past. Does not affect form or function. Cant see in the pics but the compressor blades look great.

I've got it on a test board and it puts out enormous thrust. It's a monster.

Comes with all running gear including GCU. Test board not included!

Default Rhino 170?

Is there a JF number under one on the mounting straps?

I think you have a Rhino (170)

I believe you are correct. On boot-up the GSU says JFC-170

Ive never had the straps off.
