1/2A Streaker
Hello my riends. I just wanted to let you know the new 1/2A Streaker Kit is now aavailable. I designed this kit back in 1975 when I had Allied Hobbies Manufacturing in California. It is exactly the same kit but with some minor additions. It was designed at the time for the 1/2A racing with the wingspan shortened. It was agreat sport flyer with the full 35 inch wing span. The flying weight is right at 19 ounces. In fact many modelers bought it as a glider for slope flying. Regardless of your use, it is esy and fast to build and more fun to fly. It is a complete kit with balsa fuselge construction (yours) and a foam wing which you can cover with the covering film (not included). You designed a great little airplane and really cool to see the kit available again. Back in the day the 1/2A models were the best bang for the buck. They were very fast for a small model and could turn on a dime.
