Fokker DVII Balsa USA 1/4 scale -
I am selling a Balsa USA Fokker DVII
WAS $ 650 - NEW PRICE BEFORE SENDING TO STORAGE! $ 550.00 (Remember, the kit alone costs $471.00)
Brand new, never flown, needs your powerplant of choice and receiver! Has no engine or motor installed. The airframe comes with 3 new 645 Hitec metal gear servos in the tail, 2 standard servos on ailerons. Fokker DVII, best flying biplane form Balsa USA.
Rule the skies w/o all the work!
The original builder is unknown and passed away before flying it. He had a big 4stroke in it. Perfect to convert into electric, nitro or gas.
List of materials:
Fokker DVII, Balsa USA kit $471
Fabric covering 3 X 5 M rolls $150
2 ¼ scale WWI wheels $52
3 Hi torque Hitec servos in tail 645MG $ 90
2 aileron servos Futaba Standard Ball Bearing $ 24
All the wires to connect the servos $ 25
Lots of glue (2 big CA containers, one of white glue and one epoxy)
Cost well over $ 1,000 plus time and labor to build the model
FOR SALE FINAL NON-NEGOTIABLE PRICE $ 550.00 (Local pickup only, close to Philadelphia)
Do not need the 3 new Hitec 645 tail servos (one on rudder 2 on elevators)? I can take them out and drop the price to $500 just for the airframe.
Not too many of these are sold at all... (they are keepers)
