Tamjet/Tams F-18
After a few hours of looking up-specs, looking at pics online, trying to determine the correct manufacture
I saw the name inside the fuse. TAM JET!
Well, this is.... a TAM JET and it is BEAUTIMUS in every way.I saw the name inside the fuse. TAM JET!
After much scrutiny, I can comfortably say she is a new build. New paint on plane bombs not yet painted.
The tires have rubber "spews" Definition telling me the plane has never flown and landed... also the exhaust ports are clean of any by-products of hot air and gases flying out the tail end
The plane is...
89-inches long nose to end of the fuse and 95 inches overall with a 69-inch wingspan
It includes Retracts, air-lines, air-valves, gauges, JR servos..
I am no jet guy but it looks TURBINE READY to me...
I will consider shipping. I'm not scared of it... however 82 inches is the max I can ship via the COST EFFECTIVE bus. I ship planes vis LTL too but it has proven to cost a bit more. With all the gear installed it should be priced right.
here is one just like in action

So tempting..., I did drive a round trip from Michigan to Minnesota in one day to pick up an airplane, but that was a great deal and I couldn't pass it up!
I looked at the map, looks like Spring is near Houston.
Have you used U-ship? Guys have been having good luck with that lately.
