BVM Retracts Tri-Gear for old BVM Jets; Maverick, Bandit, Aggressor, Viper, F86, F80
These BVM Tri-Gear Retracts have never been used or mounted. I've had them sitting around for years as a back-up, but never needed to use them.
Originally purchased directly from BVM in the mid 90's
One of the main retracts is already slightly sanded so that a gear door will be flush with the bottom of the wing. But that is all that has been done.
Made of aluminum and carbon fiber.
These retracts will fit the jets that were originally designed for ducted-fan engines in the 80's and 90's;
Aggressor, Maverick, Bandit, F-86, F-80, Viper, Bobcat, F-100 and probably the F-4
Also fits the F9F Cougar and Panther ducted-fan jets having wingspans of 61 inches.
These retracts have been out of production for about 15 years, but the jets that use them are still flying.
These retracts will also fit most standard mounting rails on many kits and ARF models.
Can be used in any plane or jet up to 16 pounds, and wings as thin as just 1 inch.
Each retract measures: 2 x 2-1/8
