The Electron GS-200 is the same unit but is less programmable and slightly more expensive than the Xicoy LGC15.
Dreamworks shows out of stock but the Xicoy LGC15 is a better buy.

The Xicoy controller will work with any electric gear as you can adjust the maximum amp output of the controller for the main and nose retract units.
The Electron GS-200 controller is the Xicoy unit but the max amp output is set for Electron retracts and can not be adjusted.
I have one plane with Electron retracts, two with Dreamworks Pro-Link mains and Electron nose retracts and one with Sab Avio retracts.
I use the Xicoy LGC15 controller on all of them.
