Default K&b.61

I have stated in the adv, the spare parts are used, but they are still very usable I bought the engine several years ago to power a Great Planes Slowpoke 40. I probably have 3 gallons of fuel through it. Engine has great compression, turns smoothly and runs great. I replaced it with a K& B .45 Sportster engine as the .61 was only run at 1/3 to 1/2 throttle due to its power. I have seven of these and decided to sell at least one.

Default K&b .61

That square carburetor on this K&B is the good one. Isn’t it?
if I get it. I’m going to use it to power a .60 trainer.

Default K&B

The K&B .61 has been my "go to" engine for over 40 years. I will only buy the ones with the square carbs.

Ok being a ringed engine, this engine is broken in and far from being worn out.
I suppose not running at full throttle did no damage ?
An ABC engine which I believe must be run at full throttle and hot during break in ?
am I correct. Thanks
