What can I do if after accepting a offer from a seller and thjey will not resond as to how they want to be paid?
Its been 6 days with no response from the seller

you're supposed to place the official offer,, the seller will accept it and send you an invoice typically.

If all you've done is trade emails the deal isn't done,, place the offer, he may be waiting for you

Well,
He may have sold it locally, or via another site, who knows why he's not responding,,
After that much time, I'd withdraw the offer and move on
