Thumbs down ad reactivation never happens after being marked as expired by moderator

My ad from yesterday was marked as inactive after I cloned it! obviously the previous ad was the same and it was fine. I did change the ad the way RCU wanted and it still didn't reactivate. I'm not happy! $16 and I still have no ad! No phone numbers to call, No response because it is automated. I'm not feeling the love from RCU.

After modifying your ad, did you progress through Step 5 and click Submit?

I have the same problem. I did proceed through step 5 and clicked submit and when I go back to my add it still states as expired. I thought that after making a change it would reactivate. RCU's site is not very user friendly.

I'm not sure which ad you are referring to having problems with.

Reviewing all ads you have posted this year I see one where we changed categories for you, but none where your ad was deactivated by our staff requiring you to make changes.

You are correct. I had tried to modify the original Ad that had expired and save it. When I looked the status was still expired. However, I think what may have happened was I jumped the gun on looking at the Ad. If I remember right part of the message displayed after clicking submit the Ad won't show up for 10 minutes. When I just looked at the Ad it shows as active.

I'm going to lock this thread as you created a new thread on the same subject and posting the exact same message in two places is not appropriate.
